Mustaqbill(Future)Foundation is a charity which works on two main aspects of the society promoting the community cohesion and working on reducing the criminal rate by teaching, consulting and advising. As the most important aspect of a crime free society is prevent people from committing crimes. We work with those people who are at risk of offending. They are the people who are jobless and homeless. For Community cohesion we work to diminish radicalism, inter-faith and intra-faith tensions and develop the platforms for interaction and discourse between Muslims, Hindu, Sikh, Jewish, Budhas, Non-Believers and Christian communities and preventing people from committing crimes. We continuously work to build stronger associations between communities and promoting social inclusion and to help out ex-offenders to the cycle of re offending. Since its inception, we have become a trusted charity for exchange between different faiths and bringing ex-offenders back to the rhythm of their life.

Our Key elements

The Slough Based Mustaqbill(Future)Foundation, the aim of getting all communities working together to tackle extremism and to support ex-offenders in leading crime free lives. The community cohesion project is aimed at minority groups and the people of traditionally excluded backgrounds. It brings them together to unite, celebrate and learn in diversity. The rehabilitation project aims the people who are offenders they are jobless and homeless persons. The charity promotes community cohesion and doing rehabilitation of offenders through:

Promoting good communication skills between differing ethics and religious groups.
Leadership development program – equipping the young people with confidence and skills to lead
Education programs –to promote a better understanding of the requirements of people from different backgrounds.
Isolation reduction program – supporting assimilation of new society members.
Risk reduction program – an awareness program to combat the racially provoked crime and radicalization by supporting people to become an active member of their community.
Deals with working with troubled families to help improve parenting skills and to strengthen their capacity to prevent young people from becoming involved in crime and antisocial behavior.
Support parents by offering them the chance to gain skills and qualifications, and improve their parenting skills and health.
To provide an environment consistent with academia learning and research into issues of extremism, including hosting meetings and study groups.
To provide tangible resources for tackling extremism.

Caring for Ex-Offenders’ vision is to reduce reoffending through training and advice
To better assist the individual’s successful resettlement into society
To help ex-offenders achieve housing, employment, education, recovery from addictions, family relationships, healthcare, and debt and benefits advice
To facilitate the rehabilitation of residents and their subsequent reintegration into the society through fostering rapport between residents, their families and the society, through reconciliation & restitution.
To prepare ex-offenders to face the challenges and demands to be expected on their return to the community, with much needed counseling & guidance.
